AC HOTEL BY MARRIOTT

Allen + Shariff provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems engineering services for this new construction of the AC Hotel by Marriott, a 105,115 square foot hotel space consisting of a 234-room, 13-story renovation. The project, located on the corner of 6th & K Streets in Northwest Washington, DC, included the renovation of a cellar and ground floor amenity spaces, breakfast/kitchen area and shell retail spaces. The fourth floor consisted of a fitness room and hotel rooms, and the rooftop includes a bar and terrace with a penthouse.
