BAKERY OFFICE THREE

Allen + Shariff to provide mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design and commissioning services for a new, nine-story, 318,000 square foot office building. This project includes a unified pedestrian bridge, a “light park,” and rain garden with runnel water features.

As part of a complex striving for sustainability, and the future home of Phillips, the building is designed to achieve LEED Gold certification.
