WALTER REED NATIONAL MILITARY MEDICAL CENTER ENERGY PROJECT

Allen + Shariff provided MEP engineering design services for multiple building energy upgrades at Walter Reed National Naval Medical Center, located in Bethesda, MD. The project involved energy upgrades and system modifications to multiple buildings on the Base.

Design/Build services for building envelope insulation upgrades, lighting upgrades, HVAC system upgrades and plumbing fixture upgrades and involves the repair of systems in six (6) buildings.

Total construction cost of the project is $8.1 million.
